Shipping & Returns



Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Standard Shipping (2-6 business days) flat rate for all orders just $5, we pay the difference! 

  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days) varies from $18.95 or $44.95 depending on the weight of the merchandise.


  • Standard Shipping (usually 6-10 business days) $20 or $30 depending on the weight of the merchandise.
  • Express Shipping (usually 3-5 business days) varies from $39 or $49 depending on the weight of the merchandise.


  • Standard Shipping (usually 6-15 business days) $20 or $35 depending on the weight of the merchandise.

  • Express Shipping (usually 3-10 business days) varies from $49 or $59 depending on the weight of the merchandise.

Please note for international orders:

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees after the package has been accepted to your country. The rates of these fees depends on where you live, please keep in mind that these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Please also note that Express Shipping is the only method for international packages to provide full tracking information. Standard shipping for international orders may not always provide tracking information once it leaves the United States.


Returns should always be hassle free! If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below so that we can process your return as quickly as possible:

You may return merchandise within 21 days for a full refund, credited to the original form of payment. Please note that returns & exchanges must be in new condition, unworn with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. All sale items with prices ending in $.99 and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you ship your package for your return to be processed, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll email you to confirm that the refund is complete.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the Manage My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You can also email us at returns@bemauvelous.com. You must do either/or for us to get a notification of your return so we can process it much quicker. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, therefore the shipping carrier you use is up to you, but we strongly recommend choosing a method that provides shipment tracking as Be Mauvelous is not responsible for lost return packages. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
